Elevating Vancouver’s most hipster hood and celebrating its uniquely central location with significant urban amenities. This boutique residential real estate project championed the locals and leveraged the building’s location as being both highly-convenient as well as benefiting from being in a long-established, green and parks-filled neighbourhood.

Strategy
Selling the hugely beneficial location was tantamount to the success of The Saint George. Set amongst a well-established residential neighbourhood with a decidedly suburban feel (in a good way), the flipside benefit was also its its proximity to countless urban perks and amenities. The brand strategy reflected the best of both worlds; sophisticated-yet-youthful, quiet-yet-bustling, and affordable-yet-refined.

Rationale
An alchemy of vibrant electric blues offset by a subdued dusty rose create a brand rich in style and big city sensibilities. With expressive, oversized typography, there is an inherent elegance and approachability to The Saint George – perfectly resonant with a largely end-user buyer. The Saint George neighbourhood in this case isn’t restricted only to Mount Pleasant – rather, a quartet of mini maps were designed, all richly-populated with eats, drinks and shops, that highlight the truly interconnectedness of the project.
